Savitur Sanctuary is committed to providing clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Our team is available via email to answer questions about our services and programs before booking. We encourage you to review all information and clarify any concerns before scheduling a session or event.
Private Consulting Sessions
- To cancel or reschedule a private consulting session, clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this timeframe will qualify for a full refund or credit.
- Savitur Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as safety concerns or weather-related issues. When possible, we will make arrangements to conduct the session via phone or video at the same time and rate.
Cannabis-Assisted Therapy Sessions
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for Cannabis-Assisted Psychedelic Therapy sessions.
- To receive a full refund or credit, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice or for missed sessions.
Private Retreats and Sponsored Events
- Private retreats and sponsored events require full payment upon booking.
- Due to the significant time and resources reserved for these events, cancellations made with less than 1 month’s notice will not qualify for a refund.
- Clients will also be responsible for reimbursing any additional travel or expenses incurred by Savitur Sanctuary during event planning if a refund is requested.
Community Events and Educational Programs
- Space is limited for our Conscious Cannabis Events, Community Breathwork Events, and Educational Programs. Cancellations must be made with at least 7 days’ notice to receive a refund or apply payment toward future events.
- Illness or COVID-19 Positive Tests: If a cancellation occurs within 7 days due to illness or a positive COVID-19 test, payments may be applied toward future events.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, without extenuating circumstances, are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Termination of Participation
Savitur Sanctuary and its facilitators reserve the right to terminate an individual’s participation in any event or program under the following conditions:
- Violation of agreements.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
- Safety concerns.
No refunds will be provided if participation is terminated for these reasons.
Requesting Refunds or Transfers
To request a refund or transfer of services, please email your assigned facilitator or contact us at support@savitursanctuary.com. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 1–2 weeks to reflect, depending on the payment service provider’s policies.
